Greg Jones is an attorney with Arseneault & Fassett, LLP, and has been with the firm in several capacities since 2011. An attorney since 2015, Greg focuses his practice on criminal law and litigation, is well-versed in our practice, and knows and understands our clients. As part of our team, he has helped defend matters from the investigatory stage through trial and appeal, representing clients accused of large-scale and complex frauds, including wire, mail, securities, bank, and computer frauds, as well as other serious offenses. He has also served clients embroiled in contractual disputes, civil litigation, and administrative matters.
A published member of the Law Review while pursuing his J.D., Greg is an accomplished and sophisticated writer who has lent his talents to countless briefs, sentencing submissions, and other advocative correspondence and writings, including having principally authored appeals in both the state and federal courts. He has also principally authored several sentencing submissions which have helped achieve probationary terms for clients convicted of frauds involving millions of dollars.
Beyond his writing ability, Greg is also tech-savvy and a flexible, analytical thinker whose versatility has been invaluable in the preparation for and defense of complex matters tried and pending trial in federal court.
Before joining A&F in 2011, Greg worked as an instructor of both mathematics (locally) and English as a foreign language (abroad), as well as a computer technician while in college.
