Nichole Bray | Legal Assistant
Nichole Bray is a 2013 graduate of William Paterson University. She currently holds a B.A. in Political Science. Nichole joined Arseneault and Fassett, LLC as a legal assistant in 2016 and is currently working as a paralegal. Her prime responsibility involves working in and managing the firm’s electronic database.
She has a passion for the legal field and enjoys assisting the attorneys on a daily basis. In addition to working for the firm, Nichole is a trained Apple employee, an avid reader, and enjoys traveling. In the future, Nichole desires to attend law school.

Sara Rugel | Paralegal
Sarah Rugel joined the firm in 2022 as a Paralegal. She studied Criminal Justice and Psychology at Seton Hall University, earning her B.A. in 2020. Sarah has a passion for the legal field and enjoys both assisting the attorneys and learning from them every day. Her primary responsibilities include managing the electronic database and assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
Outside of the firm, Sarah is an avid reader, enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, photography, and hiking. She loves the legal field so much that she is pursuing her J.D. and will be attending law school in 2023.
Michele Deshefy | Firm Administrator & Legal Assistant
Michele Deshefy is the Firm Administrator and Legal Assistant to Jack Arseneault. A graduate of Roberts Walsh Business School, she has been in the legal field for over 40 years. During her career, she has been employed by large and small law firms gaining experience in multiple disciplines. She has been with Arseneault and Fassett, LLC for 24 years.
Michele is the go-to person in the firm for all administrative matters. She has key institutional knowledge from her many years with Dave and Jack.
Michele has developed lasting bonds with clients and has achieved and maintained the respect of numerous members of the community.
