David Fassett

Dave Fassett focuses his practice on commercial and other civil disputes, criminal investigations and prosecutions, and transactional matters. He counsels and defends both corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters before federal, state, and administrative courts; governmental and private agencies; professional licensing boards; and other tribunals. He has over 30 years’ experience in defending complex matters at the investigative, pretrial, trial, and appellate levels and has successfully argued motions, tried cases, and appealed decisions on countless occasions in numerous forums.
