Greg Jones
Greg Jones, an attorney at Arseneault & Fassett, LLC, has been affiliated with the firm since 2011 in various roles. Having become an attorney in 2015, Greg specializes in criminal law and litigation, possessing a deep understanding of our practice and clientele. Within our team, he has contributed to defending cases from investigation to trial and appeal, representing clients accused of significant and intricate frauds such as wire, mail, securities, bank, and computer frauds, along with other major offenses. Additionally, Greg has assisted clients involved in contract disputes, civil litigation, and administrative issues.
His Story
During his pursuit of a J.D., Greg showcased his writing prowess as a published member of the Law Review. He has since applied his adept writing skills to numerous briefs, sentencing submissions, and other legal documents, including being the primary author of appeals in state and federal courts. Greg's written work has been instrumental in securing probationary terms for clients convicted of multi-million dollar frauds.
In addition to his writing talent, Greg possesses strong technical skills and is known for his adaptable and analytical thinking. This versatility has proven invaluable in preparing for and defending complex cases in federal court.
Prior to joining A&F in 2011, Greg held roles as a mathematics instructor locally, an English as a foreign language instructor abroad, and worked as a college-level computer technician.
